DCIM : Contains pictures taken with your camera
iTunes Music : Do not touch, contains music from iTunes
Misc : Contains a patch for Windows XP exe
My music : Open the folder and drag drop your music here (MP3, WAV, etc. ...)
Once your music crept into your iDevice, launch the iPod application, leave the music is imported, and presto!
